Agreement Details:

The Community Network (NE) CiC and its staff cannot be held responsible for any injury or loss of property.

I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that payment is made 48 hours prior to my child attending Bright Kids Holiday Camp provision. I understand that failure to pay in advance may result in my booking being cancelled.

Late Collection

Please note that Bright Kids reserve the right to make a charge to parents/carers who regularly arrive late to collect their child after the end of the session. This will be made at a rate of £5 for every 15minute interval (so arriving at 3.20pm for a 3pm session will be a charge of £10).

I give permission for:

  • The Community Network (NE) Cic to contact me via email with information regarding future holiday Camps and Childcare and community services including events and special offers within The Community Network (NE) Cic). We will not share your information with any Third Party and you may unsubscribe at any time.
  • My child/children to join in various activities within Mortimer Community Centre.
  • My child/children to watch PG rated DVDs at the discretion of the staff.


I understand that Bright Kids @ Mortimer is a registered childcare provider on the Early Years Compulsory and Voluntary Registers.

Bright Kids @ Mortimer is operated by the Management of The Community Network (NE) CiC.

Cancellation

I understand that I must give 48hours prior notice if care is not required. No refund will be given for sessions not attended unless 48 hours notice of cancellation is provided.
